Their day started at their parents’ homes with a traditional tea ceremony that involved plenty of blessings spoken over their marriage. Everyone stood shoulder to shoulder, occupying every available space just to be present for their special day. It was filled to the brim with celebration, family, tradition and a wealth of memories that will last a lifetime. Afterwards, Millie transitioned from her traditional attire into a gorgeous beaded and ruffled wedding gown. We roamed the property of The Grand Hyatt in Tampa for their portraits before heading to the reception at the St. Nicholas Community Center. To tie in their tea ceremony, guests were gifted a pouch of “the perfect blend” of coconut oolong tea. How cute is that?! The night was nothing short of an epic celebration. As they thanked each guest that was in attendance, bubbly circulated the room, and everyone toasted to the new Mr. & Mrs.

Vu + Millie, I can’t thank you enough for being the sweetest and the kind of people photographers dream of. All I can say is when you’re ready to take that honeymoon to Asia and Australia, please put me in your suitcase!!! ;)

Much Love,
